These terms govern your use of Try Convi ("the service"), available at tryconvi.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What Try Convi is

Try Convi is a language-learning tool with browsable conversation scenarios and a paid Practice mode. It's an educational aid, not a guarantee of fluency, and the colloquial phrases and slang it teaches are provided for learning and entertainment.

Accounts and access

Browsing scenarios is free. Practice mode is unlocked with a one-time purchase tied to the email you buy with. Your access is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute paid content.

Purchases and refunds

Payments are processed by Gumroad as the merchant of record, subject to their terms. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be added at checkout. Refund requests are handled according to our refund policy and Gumroad's procedures — contact us and we'll help.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, and no using the content unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The Try Convi name, content, and design are owned by us. Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the content, not ownership of it.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Language is living and regional — we aim for accuracy but can't guarantee every phrase fits every situation. Use good judgement, especially with slang.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
