This Privacy Policy explains what information Try Convi ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using tryconvi.com you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Email address. If you sign up or make a purchase, we collect the email you provide so we can send you updates and verify your access to paid features.
- Purchase records. When you buy Practice mode, our payment provider notifies us of the email associated with your purchase so we can unlock your access. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it does not use cookies and does not track or identify individual visitors. It only gives us aggregate figures like page views, referring sites, countries, and site performance.
- Local storage. After you unlock Practice mode, we store a small flag in your browser so you don't have to re-enter your email each visit. This stays on your device.
- Technical data. We temporarily process IP addresses to rate-limit our forms and protect against abuse. These are not stored long-term or used to profile you.
How we use your information
- To provide access to purchased features.
- To send you product updates and respond to your messages.
- To understand overall traffic and improve the site.
- To protect the service from abuse.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Your payment information is handled entirely by Gumroad under their own privacy policy and terms. We never see your full card details.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make Try Convi work — our payment processor (Gumroad), email provider (Resend), and hosting, data infrastructure, and analytics (Vercel, Upstash) — and only as needed to run the service.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
