They'll say Perfecto, ¿me dejas el pasaporte? — Great, can I have your passport?
They'll ask for a passport or DNI (ID) at check-in.
Q ¿Puedo dejar las maletas hasta la hora de entrada? — Can I leave my bags until check-in time?
They'll say Claro, te las guardamos. — Sure, we'll keep them for you.
"La entrada" = check-in; "la salida" = checkout.
Q ¿A qué hora es la salida? — What time is checkout?
They'll say A las doce del mediodía. — At noon.
Q El aire acondicionado no funciona. — The AC isn't working.
They'll say Perdona, mando a alguien enseguida. — Sorry, I'll send someone right away.
Swap in "la ducha" (shower), "la tele" (TV), "la calefacción" (heating).
Q ¿El desayuno está incluido? — Is breakfast included?
They'll say Sí, de ocho a diez. / No, son cinco euros aparte. — Yes, from eight to ten. / No, it's five euros extra.
Q ¿Me das la contraseña del wifi? — Can I have the wifi password?
They'll say Está en la tarjeta de la habitación. — It's on the room card.
Q ¿Se puede hacer late checkout? — Can I do a late checkout?
They'll say Hasta las dos, sin coste. / Son diez euros más. — Until two, no charge. / It's ten euros more.
"Late checkout" is used as-is in Spain; "salida tardía" also works.
