"Comisaría" = police station. Spain's emergency number is 112.

Q Necesito un médico. / Llama a una ambulancia. — I need a doctor. / Call an ambulance.
They'll say Ahora mismo llamo al 112. — I'll call 112 right now.
112 is the EU-wide emergency number, free from any phone.
Q Quiero poner una denuncia. — I want to file a report.
The denuncia is what your insurer will ask for. You can file it online or by phone as well as at the station.

They'll say Miraremos las cámaras. — We'll check the cameras.

Q Se me ha quedado el móvil sin batería. — My phone's dead.
