They'll say ¿Dónde ha sido? Tienes que poner una denuncia. — Where did it happen? You need to file a report.
"Poner una denuncia" = file a police report; you need it for insurance.

Theft, lost things & help (Spain)
Q He perdido el móvil / el pasaporte. — I've lost my phone / passport.
They'll say Mira en objetos perdidos. — Check lost and found.
Q ¿Dónde está la comisaría más cercana? — Where's the nearest police station?
They'll say A dos calles, todo recto. — Two streets away, straight ahead.
"Comisaría" = police station. Spain's emergency number is 112.
Q ¿Me ayudas, por favor? No encuentro a mi grupo. — Can you help me? I can't find my group.
They'll say Tranquilo/a, ¿los puedes llamar? — Calm down, can you call them?
Q Necesito un médico. / Llama a una ambulancia. — I need a doctor. / Call an ambulance.
They'll say Ahora mismo llamo al 112. — I'll call 112 right now.
112 is the EU-wide emergency number, free from any phone.
Q Quiero poner una denuncia. — I want to file a report.
- A Pasa, que te tomo los datos. — Come through, I'll take your details.
The denuncia is what your insurer will ask for. You can file it online or by phone as well as at the station.
Q ¿Le ha visto la cara? — Did you see his face?
- A Solo de espaldas. — Only from behind.
They'll say Miraremos las cámaras. — We'll check the cameras.
Q Necesito llamar a mi embajada. — I need to call my embassy.
- A Te doy el número. — I'll give you the number.
Phone & essentials
Q Se me ha quedado el móvil sin batería. — My phone's dead.
They'll say ¿Quieres usar el mío? — Do you want to use mine?
Q ¿Tienes un cargador que me dejes? — Do you have a charger I could borrow?
They'll say Sí, pero es de iPhone. — Yes, but it's an iPhone one.
Q ¿Me dejas hacer una llamada? — Could I make a call?
- A Toma, llama. — Here — go ahead.
Q ¿Tenéis wifi? — Have you got wifi?
- A Sí, la clave está en la pared. — Yes — the password's on the wall.
Q ¿Dónde puedo comprar una tarjeta SIM? — Where can I buy a SIM card?
- A En el estanco de la esquina. — At the tobacconist on the corner.
Estancos sell SIMs, transport passes and stamps. They are the most useful shop in Spain and nobody tells visitors they exist.
Q Me he quedado sin dinero. — I've run out of money.
- A Hay un cajero enfrente. — There's a cash machine opposite.
Q ¿Estás bien? — Are you okay?
- A Me he perdido, la verdad. — I'm lost, honestly.
They'll say Te acompaño a la parada. — I'll walk you to the stop.
Q ¿Por dónde salgo de aquí? — Which way do I get out of here?
- A Por esa puerta, al fondo. — Through that door, at the back.
